Return Policy:

Our return policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Refunds are provided in the form of store credit exclusively. To initiate a return, a request must be made within 15 days of delivery. It's important to note that returned items must have intact tags. Additionally, if an order was initially placed using a discount code and is subsequently returned, the new order will not be eligible for the same discount. We strive to make the return process straightforward while maintaining fairness and transparency in our policies.

Exceptions:

Certain items are not eligible for return- these include orders placed using store credit, as well as customized products tailored to individual specifications. Additionally, products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding in recognizing that these exclusions contribute to maintaining the integrity of our return process. Initiating Return:

Simply send us an email at returns@mish.ae, state the reason for the return & upload image of the item you wish to return, including images if there are any defects or damages. For returns, a pickup will be arranged, incurring an additional cost of AED 20. Please ensure that all tags and labels remain intact, and the product is in an unworn condition. Store Credit:

Following the pickup of your returned order, a store credit, with a deduction of the AED 20 return fee, will be issued within 24 hours and delivered to you via email/whatsapp. It's important to note that this store credit holds a validity period of 1 year from the date of issuance. The credited amount corresponds specifically to the value of the returned products, and delivery costs will not be credited back under any circumstances.
